Women in STEMM Australia is a nationally recognised association for women in science, technology, engineering, mathematics and medicine (STEMM). Our over-arching goal is to connect women in STEMM regardless of their discipline and profession.

HerTechPath is a grass-roots community of women in South Australia working in the tech sector who want to celebrate and inspire women and girls to consider rewarding and diverse careers in the technology sector. Our community runs free briefings for high schools in metropolitan Adelaide to showcase "Where can the tech industry take you?" with a panel of women working in the sector.

The Innovators Tea Party
The Innovators’ Tea Party links successful women working and training in STEM with high school students through a range of engaging events. Our 500+ women in STEM mentors are selected from a variety of industries and backgrounds and are passionate about telling their stories and promoting their fields.

Young Indigenous Women's STEM Academy
Ongoing
The Young Indigenous Women’s STEM Academy (the Academy) will increase the number of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander females undertaking studies and careers in STEM. The Academy does this through targeted, long-term support to help overcome the barriers that discourage Indigenous women from pursuing STEM careers.The holistic, streamlined approach to support will promote access to STEM careers for high achieving Year 8 and Year 11 students.

Indigenous Women in Mining and Resources Australia
IWRA was founded to create a stronger connection with indigenous women in this traditionally male, non-indigenous dominated sector. IWIMRA is focused on creating a national framework that will support indigenous women who are currently participating and aspiring to grow within this sector. To reach our end goal, which is to establish positive role models within our industry, at decision making levels, we must start with positive daily conversations. Our thoughts become our words and our words become our actions. This is our guiding principle

STEMinist Book Club
STEMinist Book Club provides an online space for like-minded women to discuss books about women in STEM and feminsim. Group members also meet up physically in cities around the world including Sydney, Dublin, Istanbul, Montreal and Oxford. Meet-ups are a welcome opportunity for groups of like-minded Stemminists to get together in a relaxed atmosphere, to network, discuss some of the current challenges for women in Stemm and share solutions and solidarity.

NIDA Influential Women Course
The National Institute of Dramatic Art offers a two-day Influential Women course which aims to refine presence and presentation skills to assist women in engaging audiences and handling challenging situations in the workplace.
