Techgirls Competition

The Techgirls Competition is an annual program that changes the way girls perceive and engage in STEM. The program combines problem-solving through a social, business and technical lens, producing high-quality business plans, pitch videos and working app prototypes from girls as young as 7 to 17. Franklin Women Mentoring Program
The Franklin Women Mentoring Program is a cross-organisational and structured 6-month program that combines informal mentoring sessions with formal sessions facilitated by experts in inclusive leadership.
It aims to support high-potential women in health and medical research careers progress into leadership positions, retaining their skill in the sector. It also provides male and female leaders with the opportunity to develop their mentorship skills as well as increase their awareness of the value of a diverse and inclusive workplace and the role they play in achieving this.

Techtrails Online is a series of online modules featuring links to future careers and video content showcasing inspiring female STEM role models. This exciting new initiative has been designed to inspire secondary students for a future in STEM, and give them the opportunity to explore where these skills could take them.
Free to access and easy to use, with modules covering a range of themes, students will learn about the technology used in industries from marine science, and farming, to virtual reality, space and more!
