2022 National Annual APS Women in STEM Leadership ( Digital event)
The Hatchery’s Public Sector Women in STEM Leadership Summit is a platform for women at all stages of leadership to come together and share their insights on how they made it work, how they changed attitudes and created their own leadership style to effectively lead in male dominated fields.
This is a great opportunity for women in senior leadership to share their learnings and advice for the next crop of women leaders in the space, some of whom may be struggling to find role models in what is typically a heavily male dominated field.

Coaching for STEMM Academics
STEM Women member Shelli McAlpine has recently started a coaching practice to support women in STEMM, with a focus on support around research, teaching, promotion, outreach and leadership. The STEM Executive Experience Day is an immersive one day event where you experience a ‘day in the life’ of an executive. For the day you are the executive of a fictitious company and are faced with a series of challenges from making tough decisions, to being the face of the company, to designing strategies for your company and managing difficult staff.
