Biography
Associate Professor Ying Zhang is a senior epidemiologist with over 15 years' experience in conducting research on climate and health. Ying's research aims to build community resilience to changing climate and environment, with a focus on the most vulnerable populations in the Asia Pacific Region. Ying currently co-chairs the MJA-Lancet Countdown on Health and Climate in Australia. She is a Board member of Australian Climate and Health Alliance(CAHA), Treasurer of the Australasian Epidemiological Association(AEA), and the Capacity Building and Education (CAPE) Committee Member of the International Society for Environmental Epidemiology(ISEE).
