Biography

I am a technologist by training and keenly passionate about business transformations using digital technologies.

I believe it is not just the technology but a structured constant data driven change management process at all the organsaitonal levels of that can potentially results fruitful outcomes. For this, evaluation is important and creative strategic solution oriented approach is needed.

My doctorate research was an evaluation of Myhealthrecord adoption status in general practices (Victoria) and its improvements framework.

I have been involved in project management for many many years but particularly in health side for the past 3 or 4 years or so. These projects related to big data analytics, establishing a health simulated environment for m-health evaluation and telehealth/virtual care.

Teaching, mentoring and coaching is my passion… important aspects of change management. Currently I am fulfilling this by teaching strategic communication, medical big data and internet of medical things and virtual care subjects in digital health post graduate program.
