Making small differences is my mantra! What excites me is innovative collaboration and I connect dots to create impactful opportunities.

Currently Chief Operating Officer of a national research centre FLEET, ARC Centre of Excellence in Future Low-Energy Electronics Technologies, I manage FLEET’s operations and its business team. I'm responsible for the Centre’s financial and operational effectiveness and the oversight of activities contributing to the development and delivery of its strategic goals.

I hold a PhD in Chemistry from RMIT University and a Master of Management from the Melbourne Business School and has >10 years experience in the higher education sector in an interdisciplinary environment as a research centre manager, a laboratory manager and a researcher in Nanoscience and Nanotechnology.
