Biography

When I first became a learning area team leader in 2003, I set a theme for science learning which was "Science is Everything. Everything is Science". This reflects my three beliefs about science education: 1. It is life-enhancing to understand science; 2. It is community enhancing when everyone understands science and makes decisions based upon good quality information; and 3.Science serves interdisciplinary learning and diverse knowledge serves science.

I am a teacher.
