Biography

I am a Plant Engineer at the Australian Synchrotron (AS) and currently the only full-time female in the Engineering team. My role includes the operation and maintenance of all cooling systems, including HVAC and the chiller system that provides cooling water to the electron accelerator. I also play an important role in driving improvement projects for critical systems across the Clayton site.

I have been part of the Diversity & Inclusion committee since joining the AS in 2017 and have been Committee Chair since early 2019. I have attended and spoken at several networking events at local Victorian universities. I actively guide the activities of the committee and secured senior management endorsement for committee goals.
