Biography
Dr Sae Chi is a Transport Economist at Planning and Transport Research Centre (PATREC) at UWA. She holds a PhD in Transport Economics and is specialised in infrastructure investment assessment and Cost-Benefit Analysis. Before joining PATREC, she was working as a consultant at an economics consulting firm practicing Cost-Benefit Analysis. She also has project experiences in the freight sector.
