Biography
Rhiannon is a PhD candidate studying cancer and haematology.
In 2015 Rhiannon completed her Bachelor of Science with a major in Molecular Biology and a minor in Forensic biology at Murdoch University in Perth, Western Australia. In 2016 Rhiannon moved to Melbourne, Australia, where she completed her honours degree at the University of Melbourne, receiving a Bachelor of Science (Degree with honours) with a H1 (first class). In 2017 Rhiannon started her PhD, working in the divisions of Structural Biology, Cancer & Haematology and Molecular Medicine looking at the JAK-STAT pathway.
Outside of the lab Rhiannon is passionate about communicating Science and advocating for women in STEMM. She is also a coffee and cheese fanatic and is obsessed with dogs.
