Biography

I am an ecologist interested in fire ecology, fire and vegetation mangaement, and conservation. As Manager of the Tasmanian State Fire Management Council, I oversee the direction of the SFMC - the efficient management of bushfire related risk in Tasmania. This includes research, policy, community engagement, communication, vegetation fire management planning, and governance. I am a strong supporter of ecologists juggling family life and a career.
