Biography
I am an Advance Queensland Research Fellow in the School of Chemical Engineering at the University of Queensland. I received my PhD in Chemical Engineering from the University of Queensland in 2014. I also hold bachelors and masters degrees in Chemical Engineering from Iran University of Science and Technology.
I have a strong interest in fundamental research and its translation to advance practical outcomes across a broad range of areas with a focus on energy and environment. I utilise mathematical modelling and advanced analytics of big data in conjunction with experiments to address and solve issues facing the energy industry to enhance productivity and minimise the associated environmental impacts.
My current research projects focus on process optimisation of multiphase flows systems in the gas industry to design an intelligent system, enabling the timely diagnosis of the system fault by real-time characterisation of system behaviour.
