Biography
Lesley J. Rogers is Professor Emeritus at the University of New England, Australia, and a Fellow of the Australian Academy of Science. She has conducted researched neuroscience and animal behaviour for many years and is well-known for her discovery of lateralized brain and behaviour in the chicken, and for her research on laterality and development in other vertebrate and invertebrate species. She has published well over 250 scientific papers and book chapters, and 18 books in neuroscience and animal behaviour.
