Biography
Katherine Kent (nee Caldwell) is a Lecturer in Public Health at Western Sydney University. Katherine has a background in nutrition and public health and is interested in the field of nutrition, cognition and ageing.
Specifically, Katherine is involved in research that investigates the impact of flavonoids on health outcomes, especially in older adults. Katherine is also interested in measuring the impact of food insecurity in Australia.
