Biography

Karen is a company director working with a national private company and large not for profit companies based in regional areas. 

Holding qualifications in Corporate Governance and a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering, she worked as an executive manager in industrial operations in the areas of sustainability, energy, project development and risk management. Her executive experience included managing an annual operating budget of $32 Million; a department of 20 people; government approvals and risk management for a $100 Million brownfields project; approvals and contracts for a $500 Million greenfields project; and establishing a subsidiary of an international company in Australia.
