Biography

Karen is a senior chemical engineer working as an executive manager in industrial operations in the areas of sustainability, energy, and risk. A specialist in project development & risk management. Experience managing an annual operating budget of $32 Million; a department of 20 people; government approvals and risk management for a $100 Million brownfields project; approvals and contracts for a $500 Million greenfields project; and establishing a subsidiary of an international company in Australia.
