Biography

Originally from the U.K. I am now based in Melbourne completing a PhD in personalised nutrition. My research focuses on utilising -omics technologies such as transcriptomics to understand how and why people respond differently to nutrition interventions. 

I teach fundamental science principles as well as molecular nutrition concepts to undergraduate Nutrition students and hope to further engage students in the new and exciting area of molecular nutrition.
