Biography
Jessica is a PhD student at the University of the Sunshine Coast and the CSIRO, researching broadbill swordfish in Eastern Australia and implications of marine climate change on longline fisheries. Jessica holds a Bachelor degree in Animal Ecology and an Honours degree in Marine Science. She is a Chapter Scientist for the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change's 'Oceans and Coastal Ecosystems and their Services' chapter for Working Group II's contribution to the Sixth Assessment Report.
