Biography
My primary research interests and expertise lie in the use of social cognition models in predicting, changing and improving health behaviours, with a strong focus on habitual behaviours. My most recent research has focused on addressing a number of very important population health problems such as safe food handling, dietary behaviours and alcohol consumption. The majority of my research is focused on designing theory based interventions, using behaviour change techniques. My peer reviewed papers encompass qualitative and quantitative research and meta-analysis. I have a H Index of 49 (Google Scholar), more than 7000 citations, 175 journal articles, 4 book chapters and 4 books.
