I love interacting with students having diverse backgrounds, cultures, skills and languages. I always enjoys creativity and stepping outside my comfort zone and experimenting with my teaching methodology and educational tools. I enjoy storytelling and writing blog posts for teaching and learning. A list of my related talks and blog posts is available under on my UTS public profile. I am an academic staff Gender Equity Ambassador for UTS Women in Engineering and IT (WiEIT).
I am an ECR and completed my PhD in Learning Analytics. I work at the confluence of educational technology, student engagement and transition, learning analytics/educational data science, student feedback literacy to inform and trigger automated feedback, and technology acceptance/adoption of information systems.
As an experienced academic and a competent researcher, I pride myself on my skills such as adaptability, organisation & time management, teamwork, digital literacy, emotional intelligence, taking initiatives, being proactive and resilience.
