Biography

I am a veterinary scientist and behavioural neuroscientist researching the impact of neuroimmune alterations on emotion and cognitive processing. I am a European Veterinary Specialist in Animal Welfare Science, Ethics and Law, by virtue of holding diplomate status in this discipline. I have significant research expertise in applied animal behaviour and welfare assessment of animals, and lead an independent research group working on multiple projects in these areas.  I also have an interest in animal law and have a number of projects in this domain.
